Retention Hero Role Includes:
We’re looking for a rockstar at quoting and customer service! Someone that can think outside the box and isn’t scared of doing things differently. This unique role is a mix between a service broker and a sales broker!
• Work with service and sales team to develop workflows and procedures that enhance customer experience and improve retention
• Review renewal policies, re-shop accounts and communicate with customers
• Up sell and cross sell appropriate coverages and products based on clients needs
• In-depth understanding of various insurance providers’ underwriting rules & product features & benefits
• Counsel clients on coverages and policy features
• Communicate with clients and company underwriters
• Problem solve client issues
• Minimum 3 years insurance experience
• Proficiency with computer applications (Proficiency with The Agency Manager (TAM), Compu-Quote (Applied Rating Services) are an asset)
• RIBO or OTL Licensed
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-starter able to work in an unsupervised environment
• Driven by excellent client service
• Strong multi-tasking skills
